Maybe SKF, Svenska Kullagerfabriken (Swedish Ball-bearing Factory)? One of the signatures is engineer/inventor Sven Wingqvist (1876 to 1953), a founder and CEO of SKF. Both signatures appear on a 1950 SKF share cert but not the under-printed aeroplane profile. So, if not SKF, perhaps Svenska Flygmotor (Swedish Aircraft Engine) where Wingquist was CEO 1941 to 1953?
